Paper version: Â Survey Questions for Parents
This survey comes as a result of the changes to the traditional twice yearly Parent Teacher Conferences. We are requesting feedback on your experience with the November Parent Teacher Conference and your opinion about parent communication in general. Â Your feedback is important to us and will help to further define future directions for communicating student learning with parents.
Both electronic and paper surveys are due on Monday, December 7th. Â Paper versions can be returned to your school office by Monday, December 7th and they will be forwarded to the School Board Office.
