SD 79 EARLY LEARNING PROGRAMS
The Cowichan Valley School District’s Community Early Literacy Liaison Teacher is Laurie Sheftel. She bridges the connection between home and school to support parents as they prepare their children for kindergarten. She oversees the following community literacy programs which are available free of charge for pre-schoolers and their parents. Attendance by parents is mandatory.
