Vision
The Cowichan Valley School District's Information Technology Vision is to infuse technology standards within instructional practice to create optimal learning environments.
Goals:
- To provide equitable technology access across SD79 through the use of standard hardware and software.
- To provide inservice that enables educators to infuse technology into effective instructional practice.
- To optimize student success and life opportunities through the provision of consistent technology infusion in their learning.
- To increase efficiency in delivering technology services by using standardized hardware and software.
- To expand web services to improve access to information, communication and collaboration.
