News Release - District Implementation Day Rescheduled

The Board of Education decided at the September 21st Board meeting to reschedule the District Implementation Day from October 3, 2011 to April 16, 2012.

The District Implementation Day for the last three years has focused on improving the assessment practice of teachers in our District. Senior Management and the Board want to continue the momentum created from previous years’ District Implementation Days and so have rescheduled the day to the spring, confident the labour dispute will have ended.

October 3rd will now become a regular day of instruction for students. We apologize for any inconvenience this change of plans may have created for families.
