BC Ministry of Education (Prescribed Learning Outcomes)
The prescribed learning outcomes are statements of what students are expected to know and do at the end of an indicated grade or course. I have printed copies of the learning outcomes for each grade that are easier to read than the website.
BC MInistry of Education (Performance Standards for Writing)
This BC Ministry of Education resource is useful for teachers and homeschool parents. Several writing samples for each grade level illustrate what teachers are looking for when determining whether students' writing is not yet meeting, meeting, fully meeting, or exceeding Ministry of Education expectations.
