Join Raven, Eagle and Frog in a land before time. This program is a multiple award-winning animated film based on the First Nations' folklore of the northwest coast. It concentrates on the wild and funny adventures of Raven, the most powerful, and one might add, the trickiest troublemaker of First Nations' folklore. Starring Dr. Evan Adams (Smoke Signals), winner of the AIF Best Actor Award as Raven, Raven Tales has found a broad international audience with its mix of humour and friendship.

Little Bear's Vision Quest written by Diane Silvey, is a story that sensitively deals with the universal theme of caring and friendship. Students of all ages will enjoy learning about Aboriginal values and art forms while following the beautiful illustrations by Joe Silvey throughout Little Bear's journey."

"The resource guide will provide teachers with a variety of instructional strategies when introducing Little Bear's Vision Quest in elementary classrooms. The activities meet many of the British Columbia prescribed learning outcomes for Social Responsibility, Language Arts, and Fine Arts. To assist with teacher planning, the related learning outcomes are included with the unit. The lessons are designed to be adapted easily, with a niminum of teacher preparation required.
