Frances Kelsey Secondary School was built in 1994. Conveniently located in beautiful Mill Bay, the school has access to the Kerry Park Community Centre, and the rest of the town of Mill Bay.
The school offers all academic courses
leading to B.C. graduation and acceptance into post-secondary
institutions. It also offers a broad range of elective
courses. The program at Frances Kelsey is a unique
self-paced one. Students may finish courses at their
own rate, and have the option of completing more than
the normal number of courses per year. Students applying
for Frances Kelsey School must have high academic
standing in their current school. By Canadian standards,

Cowichan Secondary School was built in 1951. Conveniently located in downtown Duncan, the school has access to the Cowichan Community Centre, a comprehensive facility with swimming pool, fitness centre, ice arena, library, and theatre.
Cowichan Secondary School is one of the premier film production schools in British Columbia, winning many awards each year at the BC Student Film Festival.
The school offers all academic courses
leading to B.C. graduation and acceptance into post-secondary
institutions. It also offers a broad range of elective
courses in art, music, woodwork, metalwork, auto mechanics,
photography, drama, and cooking. As well as being
home to the competitive Thunderbirds Boys Basketball
Team, Cowichan Secondary School has produced Provincial
Championship Teams in Girls' Field Hockey and Boys'
Golf.

Chemainus Secondary School was built
in 1951 and has undergone a multi-million dollar rennovation
that was completed in 2007. It has complete woodwork,
automotive, metalwork, and drafting shops and 1 computer
for every 5 students in the school. It is centrally
located in the town of Chemainus with excellent playing
fields and a full track.
The school offers a full range of courses leading to B.C graduation and acceptance into post-secondary institutions. All academic courses, many Career Preparation programs, a strong Career and Personal Planning program, and 3 languages, French, Spanish and German, are among the course offerings. The extra-curricular program includes Band and sports such as volleyball, basketball, girls' soccer, track and field and field hockey.

Lake Cowichan Secondary School (L.C.S.S.) is over 50 years old but has undergone major renovations so that it looks and feels brand new! It is a first-class facility with state-of-the-art computer labs, a technology centre, a practical arts building, library, and theatre. It is conveniently located near the downtown area of Lake Cowichan.
The school offers a full range of courses leading to B.C. graduation and acceptance into post-secondary institutions. All academic courses, Physical Education, and two languages, French and Japanese, are offered at every grade. Students may participate in Band, Art, Choir or Drama. The extra-curricular program includes team sports, inter-mural activities, a student leadership program, and clubs.
