Drinkwater is a friendly, neighborhood
school serving children from Kindergarten to Grade 6. The
school was opened in 1967
and has expanded several times since then. A major renovation
was completed in 1994. The school is named after the “Drinkwaters”,
one of the pioneer families of this area.
We offer a well-balanced program of academic,
athletic, artistic and social development. Each teacher
plans and
develops their
own program within guidelines established by the School
District and the Province of B. C. Our staff works together
as a team
to provide challenge and success for all students.
